1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer dedicated shipping to all states and territories across Australia.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time to ensure the fastest possible courier delivery.
2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
To offer you the most competitive pricing, TheCloudMist utilizes a direct-from-manufacturer fulfillment model.

Standard Tracked Shipping: 7–12 business days.

Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
4. Shipping Costs

Standard Tracked Shipping: $9.95 AUD.

Free Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over 60$.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the package leaves the fulfillment center.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TheCloudMist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Australia: For orders under $1,000 AUD, import duties typically do not apply.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. TheCloudMist is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable," a reshipping fee may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@thecloudmist.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damage so we can process a priority replacement for you.
