What exactly is TheCloudMist Humdifier? It’s a 3-in-1 wellness powerhouse! It acts as a humidifier (to keep your skin and hair hydrated), an aromatherapy diffuser (for your favorite scents), and a stunning "Cold Flame" nightlight to set the ultimate mood.
How does the "Flame" effect work? Is it hot? Not at all! We use clever LED lights combined with a fine ultrasonic mist to create a realistic flame illusion. It’s 100% cool to the touch and safe around children and curious pets.
Can I use any essential oils? Yes! Just add 2-3 drops of your favorite water-soluble essential oils directly into the water tank. We recommend lavender for sleep or eucalyptus for a fresh, spa-like feel.

How long does shipping take to your location? We know you’re excited to get cozy! Most orders reach major Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, etc.) within 7–10 business days. For regional areas, please allow a few extra days.
Can I track my order? You bet. Within 48-72 hours of your order, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your "Mist" all the way to your doorstep.

How do I clean it? Super simple! Every 5-7 days, give the water tank a quick wipe with a soft cloth and some warm water. This keeps the mist fresh and the "flame" looking bright.
Does it turn off automatically? Yes! Your safety is our priority. If the water runs low, the unit will automatically shut off to protect the motor and save energy.
Is it loud? I'm a light sleeper. It’s whisper-quiet (under 30dB). Most of our customers find the very faint humming sound actually helps them drift off to sleep.
