Fulfillment: TheCloudMist utilizes international fulfillment centers to provide competitive pricing. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery: While we aim for 7–10 day delivery to major metros, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Import Duties: For orders in general, customs duties typically do not apply for our targeted countries and if any, we will do our best to include it in the overall costs. However, any unexpected local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
